Just thought I’d send a thank you to let you know of the exceptional service your team delivered today.
Yesterday we discovered our Hot Water system had been leaking continuously so we called Australian Hot Water (whom we purchased off in 2006) asking for urgent help. With the weather turning completely Artic , as expected Luke explained that the team was currently extremely busy and he couldn’t guarantee that we would get an appointment prior to Thursday but he would do his best and be in contact to let us know. We resigned ourselves to no hot water till Thursday.
First thing this morning I received a call from Luke and was told Mark would be at my house in half an hour! And he was, he inspected our 11 year old system and we made the decision to install a new one, within minutes Mark was on the phone confirming our new Hot Water installation for this afternoon. At that point the weather was torrential but Mark said no problems we will get it done for you today, he was back within in half an hour with 2 other team members and the whole system replaced and taken away within an hour!
On a day where it was miserable outside and the rain the hardly let up your guys were efficient, on time and a pleasure to deal with.
Thanks to all at Australian Hot Water, your efficiency and standard of service is incredible.
