Excellent service, third time I have used these folk in Leumeah for hot water systems and service. Excellent standard of workmanship in the installation of my new Rheem system. Especially noticeable to me as an engineer was the very high level of professional pride in the plumbing of the system into my house plumbing, all piping and jointing was perfectly straight and aligned and all joints were perfect. Excellent service within in 12 hours of placing the order for my new Rheem system. Previous installation was also by Macarthur Hot Water and supplied by Australian Hot Water. It lasted 25 years and this new one will most likely do the same.

The best and most affordable!I only wish I had of chosen Australian hot water firstly when I looked online for a supplier/installer of a 50litre electric hot water tank. My elderly mothers tank stopped working and I quickly went online to look and saw Ferguson plumbing. They were able to come out straight away which was great but what they quoted for the job was just under $4,000. I just couldn’t believe the price so I quickly rang my go to plumber and he told me to ring Australian hot water which I did and they did the same job for $1,000. I am shocked that there could be such a variance in price.

Hi All,I would like to share my experience with Australian Hot Water. I recently signed deal with them for my hot water update. The deal signed on Thursday, and they turned up the next Monday with everything ready. After the installation, we found the meter needs to be switched from Off-peak 1 to 2 . That is saying we are not going to get hot water until the next morning because the hot water unit currently running at night. The guys didn't leave us in this award situation, they called the boss and installed a temporary GPO for us, without any charges! I would like to call out the great service, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need to install the hot water system!

My 12-year old continuous water heater gave signs of old age thus needed replacement. I have a solar hot water unit and have had no hot water for 3 days. I spoke to a number of friends that are plumbers including my Nephew, every one of them said to call Aust Hot Water, as the will be faster and cheaper than them.I made the call Thursday afternoon and John turned up first thing Friday morning, he had one look at my switchboard and found the problem. He could of bluffed me into paying for a new HWU as I had already told him we would need to replace it. Its a rare thing in this day and age (at least for me) to find someone so honest and reliable. Matt and Kai turned up early and as I knew already my water heater would need to be replaced. Then had a long discussion re a like for like replacement or swapping to a instant hot water system. Instant came out slightly cheaper and it's what I wanted since I had one at my old property. They just got on with it and done a great job. Removed the old tank system cleaned up after themselves and done a 5* star job that came in under what I was expecting to pay.

Great experience, we are converting from gas to electricity. They installed a heat pump hot water system which needed new wiring, they also ran a new circuit to the kitchen for an electric cooktop. All the work was done quickly but carefully, pipework and wiring was neat and tidy, as was the site when they left. Minimum disruption. Outstanding service of Wayne and Daniel in supplying and installing my new hot water tank. My old hot water suddenly gave up after 14 years in the eve of the State of Origin. Hoping against hope that I maybe able to get in touch with hot water specialist in this evening, when almost all are watching the State of Origin and can not be bothered, I contacted Australian Hot Water who answered my call right away and provided me a number who would assist me on my problem. I contacted the number and was able to right away talk to Wayne. He sorted my problem and arranged the delivery and installation of a new hot water tank the next day. Great Job, Australian Hot Water. I used the Caringbah store. I called Mat in the office with issue on Electric Storage system. He sent Brent out same day. Brent showed up spot on time and diagnosed my system. This is where these guys are great. Not only plumbing experience but also electrical. Brent found that the Hot Water system itself was fine and diagnosed it back to my Off Peak meter which had not triggered as usual. Brent got it working and informed if happens again contact electrical supply company. So in the end a relatively cheap outcome. I must congratulate Brent- very professional and helpful..
