Cancellation of product purchase only –
The purchaser must notify the nominated Australian Hot Water service centre direct within 24 HOURS of placing a booking to activate the refund of purchase & delivery deposit sum of $55.00. If this notification does not happen and our delivery team arrives to deliver product as a result of NO notification, the purchase & delivery deposit sum of $55.00. will not be refunded. changes/refunds/adjustments to any online sale if applicable, will be handled by the individual nominated Australian Hot Water service centre that is responsible for the completed sale of product & delivery.
Refunds online booking deposit –
Refunds of the online booking deposit sum of $55.00 will be processed within 5 working days subject to electronic transfer.
Cancellation of supplied and installed product–
The purchaser must notify the installing Australian Hot Water service centre direct within 24 HOURS of placing a booking of the supplied and install product package to activate the refund of the booking deposit sum of $55.00. If this notification does not happen and our service team arrives to commence the scheduled installation, the booking deposit sum of $55.00 will not be refunded and deemed to be our restocking fee. All other claims of product changes or final installed pricing /refunds/adjustments if applicable, will be handled by the individual installing Australian Hot Water service centre that has received the booking by the customer. If a supply and installation of product has commenced and a customer requested a change in product or wishes to cancel this installation completely, all supplied labor & material carried out at that point in time by our installation team who has attempted the installation will be charged at trade price. Australian Hot Water will ensure uncompleted or partially install plumbing /electrical /gas works will always be left in safe & compliant manner should the customer request the installation of a product to cease.
