Australian Hot Water Inner West were great to deal with.
Speedy and friendly service from first phone call I made to problem resolution at home. The tradie that came to look at my malfunctioning hot water system was professional and friendly he explained what the problem was, gave me options to resolve including pros and cons, listened to my choice and actioned it quickly.
All in all a 5 star experience.

Excellent, timely and friendly service from Australian Hot Water East and Louie today – replaced our 80L heater with a brand new Rheem, at less than half the price we were quoted from several competitors. Will happily call on them again in future.

Really happy with the whole experience. Kevin from Macarthur office was quick to respond and kept me updated the entire time. I preferred the Vulcan unit and even though they didn’t have one in stock, he called me back and said he could get it the next day. They picked it up and had it installed on the day as arranged. The installer cleaned up properly, left the tank information, and emailed the receipt straight away. No drama, no surprises, just solid work. Very happy.

Great and prompt service. Grant came over to quote for a replacement solar hot water after another company let us down. Provided a very reasonable quote to repair the unit and was able to attend to the repair on the same day.
Also responded very quickly when a minor fault arose with the repair. Turned up next day and got the hot water back on track.
Excellent local service. Also provided a competitive quote to replace the solar hot water unit – which we will likely use when our old system finally gives up.

Could not be any happier with AHW. From first contact with Daniel to the installers Pat and (sorry mate forgot your offsiders name)arriving on time and being most efficient and professional.
Highly recommend this professional outfit.
Another bonus was they also came the same day I called and enquired and saved me a good lot of money compared to other companies quotes so give them a go.

Josh L extremely professional, caring, excellent at his profession & a true professional. Josh reinstalled a hot water system and I was honestly surprised at his consideration for all aspects of the renovation we did . He truely cared about the plumbing work & eas considerate of the entire space. This guy needs a pay rise or promotion as he is honestly a real assert to Australian hot water. I will recommend the business and especially asking for him to everyone else.
Ask for Josh when you call, he is a immaculate tradesman!
Also to mention Belinda in reception has been highly professional during every call and she is definately a business assert too

Fantastic service at a reasonable price. After having a hot water tank rupture, the team quoted me over the phone, Attended 30 minutes later and the job was complete all within an hour.
Even though there was a mix up with the address (completely a fault on my side). The team were still positive and fixed our mistake without fuss.
Highly recommend and will absolutely use again

The team have been amazing at fixing my hot water issue with urgency. We had Ryan who was professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue and was able to repair it straight away. However, the issue came up again in 2 weeks and the team sent John out straight away even though they had a busy schedule and he was able to fix the issue immediately and the Ryan came out again to make sure everything was all okay. Amazing company and would highly recommend.

Booking for a service call was straight forward and an appointment was offered for the next day. Ryan from the Caringbah office attended our house to investigate a noise in the water pipes and located 2 faulty valves in the Solahart hot water system. He replaced the valves and checked there were no other issues. We would recommend Ryan as his service was prompt, courteous and efficient.
