Will use your services again if required Footnote: Called them back and hired them to install a new gas stove and an instantaneous gas hot water system. From the first phone call I made to Kevin at Australian Hot Water Macarthur, the service I received was outstanding. As my home was local to their office, Kevin organised his technician Paul to come to my home on the same day to inspect my hot water system and advised what needed to be done and the work completed on the same day. Paul installed a new unit on the same day at a good price. Thank you Kevin and Paul.

All my hot water taps suddenly stopping flowing on Friday morning, and I though my existing system was simply too old and had stopped working. I contacted Australian Hot Water Macarthur on Friday afternoon to order a new Rheem 135L gas storage hot water system, and their technician arrived on Saturday morning as scheduled. I was very impressed by their technician’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge. Although I was prepared to replace the entire hot water system, he quickly identified that the problem was actually caused by a faulty tempering valve and that a new hot water system was unnecessary. He replaced the valve promptly, and my hot water was back. His honesty saved me a lot of money. A big thank you to the Australian Hot Water Macarthur team for their excellent service. They are truly the best hot water specialists I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

He offered to come first thing the next day – a public holiday. His quote was competitive and he did not charge extra for the public holiday. Kev turned up at the agreed time. Had to get a new hot water service. Cannot fault Australian Hot Water , both Ryan and Isaac were extremely helpful . Easy to do business with , punctual and keep you informed. I called late on a Friday and Ryan came out reviewed my very old hot water service , explained different scenarios, I opted for a new system and it was installed and working early the next day. Great company and excellent service. He arrived at 8:00am on the dot, quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water system, and replaced and fixed the faulty part all in under 15 minutes. He also took the time to explain how the system works, which was really helpful and gave me a better understanding of the issue. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
