My Solahart hot water service sprung a leak so I called Australian Hot Water straight away. Someone was out the next day to inspect and unfortunately needed replacement. They quoted on a Rheem system so I arranged to have it installed a week later. They arrived on time and had the new system up and running in 2 hours. I’m very happy with the outcome.

We were left days without hot water and an amazing customer service from Paul who promptly diagnosed and replaced the thermostat for our hot water system.
Australian Hot Water Macarthur is very easy to deal with and without any hard sell compared to other companies just wanting to milk money off of you and their callout fee is reasonable and the parts are cheap.
I highly recommend Australian Hot Water Macarthur for any hot water issues you may have.

Australian Hot Water Inner West were great to deal with.
Speedy and friendly service from first phone call I made to problem resolution at home. The tradie that came to look at my malfunctioning hot water system was professional and friendly he explained what the problem was, gave me options to resolve including pros and cons, listened to my choice and actioned it quickly.
All in all a 5 star experience.

Excellent, timely and friendly service from Australian Hot Water East and Louie today – replaced our 80L heater with a brand new Rheem, at less than half the price we were quoted from several competitors. Will happily call on them again in future.

Really happy with the whole experience. Kevin from Macarthur office was quick to respond and kept me updated the entire time. I preferred the Vulcan unit and even though they didn’t have one in stock, he called me back and said he could get it the next day. They picked it up and had it installed on the day as arranged. The installer cleaned up properly, left the tank information, and emailed the receipt straight away. No drama, no surprises, just solid work. Very happy.
