Was abt to get super ripped off by a plumbing company as bit of a difficult job. I was recommended by 2 friends to AHW. Well they were less than half previous quoted price, came within 2 hours, job completed that day and Marcus the technician was super professional, friendly and cleaned up. I am giving 10/10 for these guys….and I do not give this score unless over and above service. Thank you AHW.

Billy's team have replaced the leaking hot water system with new IStore 270L heat pump on 3rd November 2025. They have done a goog job! Our electricity bill reduced greatly after this.

At short notice, we received 5 star assistance with the broken gas water heater at our newly purchased house. Diagnosed the problem, fixed the suspect pipes and wiring and replaced all the same morning. First class.

Came home, cylinder was flowing water out the lid. Paid the $55 deposit, Martin was there inside 30 mins with Issac not for behind, and hour and a half later the old cylinder was swapped out and new one ready to roll. Very happy.

Very impressed with the quality and service of Australian Hot Water Macarthur. We had a hot water system installed by Paul today, he was so knowledgeable about the range of products on offer, calmly answered all our questions and had a quote ready within minutes. We were very happy with the timeframe and had our new hot water tank installed on the very same day. Would definitely recommend if you are after a good price and fast service.

Australian Hot Water provided an exceptional service. Our old hot water cylinder ruptured and required replacement. Dave came out and assessed the site and spent time discussing suitable options for our household. Within a couple of days we had a brand new system installed, efficiently and without any drama.

I’ve used Australian Hot Water South twice now and they’re still as efficient as the first time.
I’ve found them very reliable with their quality of work and their pricing was the best I had found compared to other quotes I received.
Ryan completed the job and was on time, thoroughly explained what needed doing and then left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed.
Highly recommend.

Australian Hot Water Northern Beaches were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish of our new 315L electric water heater supply and installation. The installer arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour. We were informed about the instalation and warranties. The completed job was neat and included insulation on the hot pipes local to the heater.

My Solar hot water went on the blink last night (Sunday). This morning (Monday), I rang and spoke to Kevin at Macarthur branch and he immediately dipatched a Service crew (Paul and Jake), who were at my place within an hour. Service Tech Paul, quickly diagnosed a faulty thermostat and replaced it. They were prompt, professional and fair priced. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Australian Hot Water – Macarthur Branch.
