When Theo came to our house in a timely manner, he explains to us the pros and cons of the electric water tank and the heat pump and gives us no pressure to install either option. On the day of installation, Michael, Martin and Theo came earlier than the appointment time. I was surprised as there were the only one of the many tradies that I meet lately that’s actually on time. The installation was done within 1.5 hour. The whole time, these gentlemen had been very very professional, communicating prior and well so I have predictability. They all had been in the industry and the company for a long time! They are very skilful and careful! They cleaned up after themselves too!
