The work of supply and install of Rinnai Infinity hot water unit was carried out very professionally. The old defective unit was taken away. The installer Marcas did good job. The work was carried out on the next day after contacting them. Once it was identified that the old unit was not repairable the Admin Assistant lady came in her car to deliver the new unit very quickly. I highly recommend Australian Hot Water-East for any such work.

They took our call they gave us a time and date and they turned on time and date. The young bloke gave us a quote which we took got the parts and fixed within a short period of time, the bill was reasonable we will call they again to do more work in our home.

Replaced my old hot water heater with a heat pump. The new tank went under my deck (old one was under the house). Everything went smoothly. They turned up on time, did a very neat install, and cleaned up afterwards. Very easy to deal with. Note they don't do the electrics so organised a local electrician for the same day. The unit has an build in timer that I set for the middle of the day when I have spare solar. It runs at about 1kw for 1.5hours. Very happy with it.

My gas water heater stopped working unexpectedly, I contacted these guys, they answered the phone really fast and were able to come out within a few hours to replace the broken system. The system has 12 years warranty on the heater which is much better than the previous one of 3 years.
