After getting what I thought was a very high quote from someone else for a replacement hot water system, I called Australian Hot Water after finding them online. The price they gave me over the phone matched the website which was less than half what I was quoted by the other plumber. They booked the job in very quickly and the plumber who did the job (Angus) was an absolute champion – professional, he explained what he was doing and what I should expect, did the job efficiently and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommended!

Amazing service! I called yesterday (sunday) to let them know I'd need them to come during the week to replace my hot water system, as ours had died. They sent an email straight to Rheem, called me first thing this morning, and Paul was here at lunch time to remove the old system and install a brand new one.
