I was looking for a new heat-pump HWS to replace my old on-demand gas system. Contacted Australian HW Inner West, and David visited my house and we discussed my needs and the options for installation. He was very professional and personable, and provided a very reasonable quote for purchase & installation. The installation of the system was very efficient and I was impressed by the high quality of the pipes, valves and other materials used. A very neat job, and no mess left. The installers were polite and good communicators. Highly recommended.

I got an Aquamaxx gas hot water tank to replace the old one which had sprung a leak. Australian Hot Water provided good, friendly, helpful, same day service for about $2,000 less than another plumber I got a quote from.
