Starts with an exploded antique Rheem, all sorted 24 hours after we first called and then met the Utterly Professional Legend Reliable Top Bloke GRANT at our wet, skanky house in Maroubra. My acting CEO, personal trainer and wife had already called 5 possibles, ZERO who passed the basics: honest, courteous, decent, urgent, respectful and just plain bloody reliable. The contrast with other businesses is why the GRANTS of this world are so rare and deserve a write up, if ppl actually read these. Most possibles did their best to squeeze, stress or just unbalance us – there’s a depressing complexity to replacing a hot water system that might make some sense after a good hot bloody shower… but when yr talking rebates, removals, electrics… etc, then the add ons and then the fibs, upon twists, tricks, rudeness and obvious scams – a good honest man is a precious thing. Wife’s showering now. No screams (yet!) and will let yas all know if it blows up – but: abso 100% from us. Price. Care. Turnaround! Clean up. True professionals. Good people, great, honest price and – well – we feel like our neighbours just did us a huge favour! And not too many customers can ever say that about a bloody important domestic debacle. Replaced old gas-heated 160L tank with a 330L Haier heatpump hot water tank with them. Theo and Angus were on time and very efficient. Job done in 3 hours.

Josh the installer did a great job and carefully explained what he was doing and why the stainless steel system was better to replace my broken one. Also the model chosen is easier for me to turn off than the old model which I had to try to turn off near midnight down the back in electricity room. As the strata chair I will be able to recommend Australian Water to other residents within the complex of 20 units.

Excellent service. Called for replacement hot water tank. Came out next day with water tank and installed on time very professional, friendly staff, quick and neat install. Very happy. I have used them multiple times for hot water issues always punctual and reliable.
