Australian Hot Water technicians are highly skilled in solving any hot water systems issues. They came last year fixed our leakage issues within an hour. We live in 2567 post code area. Today morning I called them as we had only Lukewarm water and they sent a technician within 2 hours, and the problem was fixed in 25 minutes. I am taking my time to write this review because last year when we had the problems with our hot water systems, I used other companies and they changed me a lot of money yet could not fix it properly whereas once I discovered this company, it was a true EUREKA. They charge very reasonable service and parts fees. This review might save a lot of people from the trouble in finding honest and expert Hot water systems plumbers/technicians. Highly recommended.

I had a Rheem Hot water system installed. I rang few hot water companies. Spoke to Wayne over the phone and Wayne gave me correct advise for what I needed for my house. Wayne came over gave me a quote and next day Daniel arrived and installed the Rheem gas hot water and it was seamless installation and arrived on time. I didn’t even pay on the spot I rang the service center and paid over the phone. I’ve been using Australian Hot Water for last 26 years and found service excellent. They are punctual and cheaper than other companies who charge a lot. With AHW you know exactly how much you are paying as the prices are advertised on the website so no surprises. Absolute stellar service from this honest, friendly and professional company. I live in the Macarthur area and their store in Leumeah was my go to.
