*INSTALLATION: Vulcan 135L hot water product is installed in the same same position as like-identical external hot water heaters; no additional valves. Connect plumbing to existing pipes included (domestic application only). All extras available, including 15mm standard tempering valve ($205), pressure limit valve ($125), non-return isolation valve ($110). Pipe upgrades, concrete slabs and leveling material comply with Australian plumbing standards. Vulcan 135L system price does not include additional costs which may be incurred for lifting in to position, carpentry & building alterations; if required will be advised. Additional labour items will be priced and agreed on prior to starting the installation. Package price includes standard removal and disposal of old water heater from site.

Could not be any happier with AHW. From first contact with Daniel to the installers Pat and (sorry mate forgot your offsiders name)arriving on time and being most efficient and professional.
Highly recommend this professional outfit.

Josh L extremely professional, caring, excellent at his profession & a true professional. Josh reinstalled a hot water system and I was honestly surprised at his consideration for all aspects of the renovation we did . He truely cared about the plumbing work & eas considerate of the entire space. This guy needs a pay rise or promotion as he is honestly a real assert to Australian hot water. I will recommend the business and especially asking for him to everyone else.

Fantastic service at a reasonable price. After having a hot water tank rupture, the team quoted me over the phone, Attended 30 minutes later and the job was complete all within an hour.
Even though there was a mix up with the address (completely a fault on my side). The team were still positive and fixed our mistake without fuss.

The team have been amazing at fixing my hot water issue with urgency. We had Ryan who was professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue and was able to repair it straight away. However, the issue came up again in 2 weeks and the team sent John out straight away even though they had a busy schedule and he was able to fix the issue immediately and the Ryan came out again to make sure everything was all okay. Amazing company and would highly recommend.
