Josh L extremely professional, caring, excellent at his profession & a true professional. Josh reinstalled a hot water system and I was honestly surprised at his consideration for all aspects of the renovation we did . He truely cared about the plumbing work & eas considerate of the entire space. This guy needs a pay rise or promotion as he is honestly a real assert to Australian hot water. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. After having a hot water tank rupture, the team quoted me over the phone, Attended 30 minutes later and the job was complete all within an hour.
Even though there was a mix up with the address (completely a fault on my side). The team were still positive and fixed our mistake without fuss.

The team have been amazing at fixing my hot water issue with urgency. We had Ryan who was professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue and was able to repair it straight away. However, the issue came up again in 2 weeks and the team sent John out straight away even though they had a busy schedule and he was able to fix the issue immediately and the Ryan came out again to make sure everything was all okay. Amazing company and would highly recommend.
