My 93 year old mum had no hot water. I called AHW at 12pm, by 2pm they had given a quote to replace the 10 year old heater which I accepted and by 4pm we had hot water again. It doesn’t get any better than that! Excellent service, fair price, well done!.

Thank you for giving me an honest price over the phone. This helped me greatly when other companies quoted over $800 more being an emergency. It saved me a lot of money.

Lucy in Ashfield says…

Australia Hot Water is the last of five companies I called for a site inspection and a quote for replacing an old electricity hot water tank with a gas hot water system. After receiving their quote, I decided to choose them straight away. This is not only because they turned up within two hours and their quote was very competitive but also due to the advice they provided. The installation was conducted on the following day by a highly skilled and professional team. Not only the job was done to a high professional standard but they made the site very tidy after the installation, which I am very much impressed.

I love my new Bosch Optiflow 26. Excellent hot water supply as promised. Love being able to control the temperature from my phone. Such a change from the big tank that took up space on my back verandah, and ran cold on high use days. Thank you to Beau and Maddie, who took the time to explain the process of changing to gas, and discussed all options with me when I first enquired. I asked a lot of questions and you were very patient and helpful. Thanks also to Terry and your assistant for the installation. You have a great team David, efficient, courteous and friendly.

Emma in Sutherland Shire says…

I would highly recommend you to family and friends. The service was great and someone was at my house within 30 minutes of calling and the hot water heater was replaced that afternoon. All staff were very friendly and informative and the cost to replace my hot water system was good. I would use Australian Hot Water again for all my hot water needs.

Our hot water service finally failed after 29 years, on a Sunday morning of a long weekend! Kev was really helpful when I rang to get advice and a quote. He offered to come first thing the next day – a public holiday. His quote was competitive and he did not charge extra for the public holiday. Kev turned up at the agreed time. His work was first class, completed in the timeframe he had promised. He also took away the old unit. I have no hesitation in recommending Australia Hot Water Macarthur. Thanks.

Had to get a new hot water service. Cannot fault Australian Hot Water , both Ryan and Isaac were extremely helpful . Easy to do business with , punctual and keep you informed. I called late on a Friday and Ryan came out reviewed my very old hot water service , explained different scenarios, I opted for a new system and it was installed and working early the next day. Brilliant !!
Thank you guys, will definitely call you again for my plumbing issues and pass on your number to my friends and family

Great company and excellent service. He arrived at 8:00am on the dot, quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water system, and replaced and fixed the faulty part all in under 15 minutes.
He also took the time to explain how the system works, which was really helpful and gave me a better understanding of the issue. The price was also very reasonable.
Highly recommend!
