12 year warranty on the cylinder, 3-year warranty labour on cylinder, 1-year parts & labour (*warranty conditions apply)
*INSTALLATION:Rheem 160L electric water heater is installed internally externally in same position as like-identical units. Same size as such units with no additional valves. Connection of plumbing to existing pipes included in price (domestic application only). All extras available if required, including 15mm standard tempering valve ($205), pressure limit valve ($125), non-return isolation valve ($110). Pipe upgrades always comply with Australian plumbing standards. Additional fees charged for concrete slabs, leveling material, additional labour for lifting into position or carpentry & building alterations. If required, these additional items will be advised. Additional items will be priced and agreed on prior to starting the installation. Package price includes standard removal and disposal of old water heater from site.

Really happy with the whole experience. Kevin from Macarthur office was quick to respond and kept me updated the entire time. I preferred the Vulcan unit and even though they didn’t have one in stock, he called me back and said he could get it the next day. They picked it up and had it installed on the day as arranged. The installer cleaned up properly, left the tank information, and emailed the receipt straight away. No drama, no surprises, just solid work. Very happy.

Great and prompt service. Grant came over to quote for a replacement solar hot water after another company let us down. Provided a very reasonable quote to repair the unit and was able to attend to the repair on the same day.
Also responded very quickly when a minor fault arose with the repair. Turned up next day and got the hot water back on track.
