All my hot water taps suddenly stopping flowing on Friday morning, and I though my existing system was simply too old and had stopped working. I contacted Australian Hot Water Macarthur on Friday afternoon to order a new Rheem 135L gas storage hot water system, and their technician arrived on Saturday morning as scheduled.
I was very impressed by their technician’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge. Although I was prepared to replace the entire hot water system, he quickly identified that the problem was actually caused by a faulty tempering valve and that a new hot water system was unnecessary. He replaced the valve promptly, and my hot water was back.
His honesty saved me a lot of money. A big thank you to the Australian Hot Water Macarthur team for their excellent service. They are truly the best hot water specialists I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

Our hot water service finally failed after 29 years, on a Sunday morning of a long weekend! Kev was really helpful when I rang to get advice and a quote. He offered to come first thing the next day – a public holiday. His quote was competitive and he did not charge extra for the public holiday. Kev turned up at the agreed time.
